Yes, we need an appointment for our brides in order to provide the best bridal experience we can. Each bride will have a private changing room and a personal stylist. We will allocate you a one hour slot for your bridal appointment so please be sure you arrive on time in order to make the most of your appointment. Please remember Saturday and late night appointments are always sought after so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Always call us even at short notice, we may have an appointment available.

There is plenty of parking in the surrounding residential roads. On Southwood Road resident only parking bays are only valid until 11am Monday to Fridays and completely exempt on weekends. On the adjacent red route boxes outside the store parking is available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.

We recommend you order your gown at least 6-9months before the big day.

Delivery is dependent on each designer, season and collection. Please remember gowns do get discontinued, so if its “The One” place your order to avoid disappointment!

Please don’t worry, we will contact the designer and make it happen whenever possible. If not, we always hold an amazing collection of gowns that can be purchased without ordering. With an in–house alteration studio, your gown will be perfect and ready on time for you special day.

This is the question most brides raise on their appointment, we recommend ordering the size you are measured at. All gowns can be altered for that perfect fit regardless of weight loss but please feel free to discuss this with your consultant at your appointment. Delaying ordering can risk delivery times and discontinuation of gowns.
We stock a good range of sizes to try on and can order most gowns up to size 30

Our stylists recommend 2-3 of your closest family and friends. A large entourage, with many opinions is stressful for the bride. We understand the excitement but your experience needs to be enjoyable and about  YOU.
Our experience is that your gown will find you and make you feel amazing and emotional, and believe the only opinion that truly counts is YOURS.

Whether it is adding sparkle, customising straps or couturing your gown, our in-house alteration team will take care of your every need and ensure your gown is fit to perfection. Prior to buying, our stylists will provide you with guideline of cost of possible alterations.

On your appointment our stylists will select all the matching accessories for your chosen gown.   Brides do have a choice to book a further accessory appointment after purchasing their dream dress.

Yes,  for our brides getting married abroad we offer a cabin size travel box approved by major airlines, to ensure the safety and protection of your gown throughout your journey.  All gowns will be packed by us in acid free tissue to ensure its safe arrival at your destination.

Yes we do, please return your gown after you wedding and we will arrange to have it cleaned and boxed in order to preserve.
