Wondering what is a Designer event? A Designer Day (called trunk show in America) is a special event at a bridal boutique for a limited time only. The boutique invites a bridal designer to showcase their collection of wedding dresses for a day or a number of days. This provides brides-to-be with an opportunity to view and try on wedding dresses that are not normally available in the boutique, or even the country! Styles can often be purchased at a discount if they are purchased during this event and gives brides-to-be an opportunity to try on a broader range of styles from the brand.
At your appointment, you’ll be able to try on gowns from both the trunk show and the salon’s in-store collection. Designer Weekend event usually requires you to book an appointment in advance, as there will be limited availability and demand can be high.
